Sizes vary, but the average individual leaf is approx 2" long. Harvesting is done by hand and it's difficult because the branches have long thorns, so they tend to be expensive and not easily found in supermarkets. They freeze very well-just place in a ziplock bag & they'll retain their flavor for months. No need to defrost, just use as normal. Celebrity chef Martin Yan and cooking magazine Bon Appetit recommend buying kaffir lime leaves. Martha Stewart's Body & Soul Magazine recommends as a spa treatment.

The lime leaves were in great shape and have a wonderful flavor. This company is the best. They always have the hard to get supplies that I can't get locally, and they ship them fast, and inexpensively. A+++++++++++
Great aromatic leaves, hey infuse gin or vodka with them and you have a Thaitini, a good spin on a regular martini.
Seemed like it may have been a good product, but customer service was a nightmare. After multiple email requests to cancel my order to both their Amazon marketplace email and the customer service email on their website, I got no reply, except a notice three days later that my item had shipped. I refused the delivery and after a lot of phone calls finally got a refund. Hopefully not everyone's experience is like this, but as for me, I don't think I will be doing business with them again soon.
Product arrived promptly and was absolutely fresh. The quantity (60-70 leaves) was correct. Very pleased with the value.
